Crash course in couscous

Today I tried making my first middle eastern influenced bento: couscous with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers...seasoned with olive oil and some herbs. I topped this with seasoned and grilled lamb skewers. In the second tier I have kalamata olives, babybel cheese squares, and almond flavored agar gelatin with fruit cocktail. I must say that I was quite full after this meal and it was very delicious. Another bento I'll have to repeat in the future. Only next time I think I'll brew some mint tea to finish it off.
